I'm an audio engineer and guitar tech born in Guadalajara, México; where I designed and built my recording studio (Moose Room Recording Studio) after my audio engineering studies in New York (2013).

Moose Room Recording Studio has been my home, operating since 2016 and welcoming various local independent artists, bringing their music to life. I enjoy the creative process of transforming different ideas to form a song and especially, playing with textures and effects during the mixing process to translate the artist's vision into a finished song.

I've always been passionate about woodworking, electronics and guitar sounds, so becoming a guitar tech was very natural. I learned the essence of luthiery from John Carruthers in Los Angeles (2012) and from there, I never stopped learning and continued to improve my craft doing repairs and setups for different artists and studios to keep their instruments in optimal conditions for recording sessions and live shows.

In 2023 I moved to Mexico City and have had the pleasure of being involved in different projects as a producer and mix engineer, as well as mixing front of house and monitors for artists like Juanpalitoschinos, Escarlata, Dakota's Magic, Coolest Andie, Luis Acuna and more.

I recently moved to Nashville to join Blackbird Academy and continue my career in live sound as a monitor and front of house engineer, guitar and drum tech.

Education:

The Blackbird Academy - Live Sound Program (Nashville, TN)

SAE Institute NY - Audio Engineering Program (New York, NY)

MI Guitar Craft Academy - Luthiery Workshops (Los Angeles and Nashville)
